1960s–1970s
West Milan residential growth
Development of residential buildings in West Milan, aligned with the Red Metro line expansion.
1990s–early 2000s
Entry into Prague
Expansion to the Czech Republic; investments in Prague, including Újezd 1, Polská 18, Letenská 2.
Early 2000s
Berlin chapter
Operations expanded to Berlin; activity concluded in 2018.
